Return Refunds & Exchange Policies
We offer 3 days hassle free exchange policy for all products bought from our website from the date of delivery.
We do not accept return under these circumstances: -
- Damages due to use or misuse of product.
- Products with tampered or missing price tags.
- Any product that is returned without the case, original invoice and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered.
- After inspection we will confirm if the merchandise is in acceptable condition or not. Upon confirmation, as per the return policy, we will proceed further.
- We ship within 2 days of receipt of order and it usually takes 2-10 working days to get the order delivered, rest depending upon the location. Incase the order is delayed from logistic partner due to certain reason refund will not be processed on delay basis and convenience fee is applicable ( if refund applicable- Prepaid orders only)
- Disclaimer* We understand that at time size or any other concern can be the reason for exchange. So, we do offer the same, but kindly note EXCHNAGE PROCESS is a time taking process which usually takes 10-15 working days to dispatch the replacement order.
- The order value / product value is less than Rs 600/-
- Click on Return/Exchange Link (Click here) Enter you Name, Email, Contact Number with your Order Number starting with # in message section and any suggestions/experience if you want to share.
- Once you have sent the return request, kindly allow us 24-48 hours to look into it.
- You will get a confirmation text message with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved.
- We provide a free exchange on all orders( i.e. no shipping is charged )
- No return/ refund/ exchange applicable on orders which are sold at discounts ( promotional offer code is applied )
- Credit note / Gift card is not applicable if applying any promotional offer.
- At the time of exchange , if none of our Logistic partner provides the pickup , the customer has to send back to us ( shipping will be borne by us - as per actuals ) within 2 days of information
We refund under following circumstances: -
- You may opt for Credit note*** for the amount paid . The same will be credited to your mailbox (apply to both Prepaid orders and COD orders)
- You may opt for credit note*** ( less shipping charges). or exchange with any other product . NO BANK ACCOUNTS REFUNDS ( cash/ account transfer ) APPLICABLE.
- If a wrong or damaged product is sent back to us by the customer, we will not accept the return / exchange or send you the wrong product back.
- No Return/Refunds/Exchanges on Promotional offers/ any other offer/discounted orders.
- Once a product is exchanged & delivered, no further actions such as exchange or refund would be applicable on that order.
- In case of exchange/ return's , no offer's will be applicable. (Exchange will be processed on MRP - price mentioned on website at the time of exchange )
- In case wrong / faulty product is delivered to the customer, inform us within 24hrs of delivery and we will arrange the pickup from our end. The same will be picked up within 24-48hrs of receiving the request.
- Once the product is picked up, we will arrange to send the original product from our side. The delivery of the same will be processed within 3-5 working days ( no refunds applicable on this basis).
- In case of tampered packaging at the time of delivery, we request you not to accept the order and inform us on support@eyejack.in or reach us on +9196671 94067
- We at Voyage Eyewear have the right to cancel any order, under few circumstances without any prior notice. The refund of the same will be initiated within 2-3 working days and will be credited back to the original mode of payment.
- We do no accept any return/ refund /exchange on Storage box/ Sunglasses leather case pack or any other accessories.
- We do not accept any return/ refund /exchange on International order's . still if customer wants to proceed may arrange to send the products back from his/ her side .Once we receive at our premises we will initiate the refund of the order value
- In case of cancellation from the customer's side or after the order is processed/ dispatched convenience fee of Rs200/-will be charged ( in case of refunds on prepaid orders, if applicable , only under initial cancellation - i.e. Order not processed)
- We do not offer exchange on any kind of sale orders like "CLEARANCE SALE " etc.
- No exchange/ refunds applicable on lens ( customised ) orders
***Credit note is the gift card issued to the customer's wallet which can be redeemed within 1 year of its issue. The same can be used for any other frames available on our website
Disclaimer ** We always strive hard to provide the best experience to our customers. However, we have noticed that few users/accounts abuse our liberal returns policy. We urge you to make a unboxing video before opening of any order and if you find item in a condition that is Physically damaged, has missing parts or accessories, defective or different from their description on the product detail page on eyejack.in, send us the unboxing video on mail/ WhatsApp within 5 hours of product(s) received so that we can investigate the matter at the earliest. Also, no refunds, return/exchange can be processed in such cases.( only same product will be dispatched)
Shipping Policy
- Shipping is free on all prepaid orders and charged @Rs.99/- per order on all COD orders.
- Orders are shipped through our logistic partner within 48hrs of order is placed from our warehouse. It usually takes 2-7 working days to reach destination depending upon location.
- Lens based Orders that are customized takes 2-5 working days for the dispatch from warehouse.
Offers
All our offers are for limited period only and may change without any prior notice.
We do not offer exchange on any kind of sale orders like "CLEARANCE SALE " etc.
Disclaimer* If a wrong item is sent from customer's end , we held no responsibility. We will process the order of exchange / refund only when our product is received. The reverse shipping charges of return of the wrong item will be borne by customer only ( if receipt of the wrong product is confirmed from our end)
Disclaimer* Under any circumstances if the order is not delivered to the customer and still showing status as delivered kindly inform us within 24hrs of delivery message so that we can raise with the Shipping partner as afterwards no action can be taken
